We are so confident with our work, that we are now offering a free 3 year GUARANTEE with all new aerial and satellite installations installed by us, giving you instant piece of mind.

The Switch on Digital guarantee covers:-

• Dish or aerial realignments
• Unlimited call outs
• Water damage to parts

Everthing except electrical appliances will be replaced on failure e.g. aerial or dish-pole bracketry, fixings, cable runs, fly leads, bolts etc . . .

The guarantee does not provide cover for:-

• Broadcaster or transmitter work carried out, change of channel, allocation or signal strength changes
• Acts of God, such as floods, gale force winds over 70mph, lightning strike or solar flares storm
• Signal loss, deterioration due to local buidling construction or surrounding trees
• Electrical appliances e.g. amps and LNB's still covered by a 12 month guarantee
• Work done on the system or tampering with the system by a third party will void your guarantee

Repair work is covered by a three month guarantee, aerial or satellite systems connected up to existing cable runs not supplied by ourselves, come with a standard 12 month guarantee.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
